KLEC

KLEC

“With its lightweight shelves resting on a storage compartment with rounded shapes, this is an unusual bookcase in metal and wood, elegant from all angles. Designed to lean against a wall as well as to be in an open space, it is as functional as it is aesthetic. We partition less and less our living or work spaces. The notions of frontier and demarcation disappear in favour of a longing for open areas and passing. « Klec » was born from this obvious principle, a bookcase to freely live with.

«I brought my outlined rounded shapes. The bookcase offers an interesting contrast between a sturdy and solid base and its light and airy cage. I wanted near-levitating books !»
